ANSWERS BEFORE YOU START
Common questions.
Will you release supplier payments?
Preparing or organizing a payment list does not give us authority to release money. Payment permissions and approval responsibilities must be separately agreed and authorized.
What happens to a suspected duplicate bill?
We investigate the supporting information and document the exception. Any correction follows the agreed review and approval process.
Can payable information support cash planning?
Yes. Aging, due dates and known commitments can feed into cash planning, with disputed or incomplete information identified.
